A clearer way to diagnose email spam risk
MailTested is a free technical testing service operated by iServerSupport. It helps senders understand the authentication, infrastructure, reputation, and content signals that can affect email delivery.
Why we built it
Email delivery failures are rarely explained by one signal. A domain may publish SPF but use a broken DKIM signature, pass authentication while sending from a listed IP, or trigger content rules even when DNS is correct. MailTested brings those checks into one readable report.
What the service does
- Receives a message sent specifically to a temporary MailTested test address.
- Checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication and alignment.
- Examines reverse DNS, HELO consistency, IP blocklists, and SpamAssassin results.
- Returns a diagnostic score out of 10 with explanations and corrective guidance.
A score is not a guarantee. Mailbox providers use private reputation and engagement systems that no independent diagnostic tool can fully reproduce. MailTested does not log in to Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo inboxes to verify placement.
