Use the service responsibly

By using MailTested, you agree to use it only for legitimate diagnostic purposes and only with messages, domains, IP addresses, and systems you own or are authorized to test.

Permitted use

You may use the service to diagnose your own email configuration, inspect headers you are permitted to review, and generate DNS records for systems you administer.

Prohibited use

Abuse, denial-of-service activity, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass limits.
Testing third-party infrastructure without authorization.
Uploading confidential or illegal material.
Using results to misrepresent guaranteed inbox placement or provider approval.

No delivery guarantee

MailTested provides a technical diagnostic based on observable signals. The service does not control mailbox providers and does not guarantee acceptance, inbox placement, reputation recovery, or business outcomes.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. DNS, blocklist, and reputation data can change, and external systems may time out or return incomplete information. Verify important changes with your mail provider or a qualified administrator.

Responsibility for changes

You are responsible for reviewing DNS records, private keys, and server configuration before publishing or deploying them. Keep DKIM private keys secret and never paste production secrets into untrusted systems.

Operator review required: legal entity, governing law, liability limits, and jurisdiction-specific consumer provisions should be completed by the operator and legal adviser before production publication.
